GLODIPAY supports up to 5 payment methods in a buyer's country:

• Bank redirect (QR codes, e-Wallets)

A weekly cycle should be applied, once or twice a week (excepting holidays, if any) depending on business types and monthly sales volumes.

T+1 business days, by EOD of the next day

It would typically take 1 more business day from the date of transaction (when you have received the funds) to be processed and transferred into your bank account.

You are encouraged to check with your bank to see if they have received the funds and are processing on their end. Otherwise, please provide your transaction number when contacting the support team.

You will receive your payments either via SWIFT or local payment.

This could be due to regulatory reasons (high-risk vertical) or technical reasons (server error, seller disabled payment method). You may contact us with your transaction number for more details.

Navigate to the dashboard, filter out the date range you want, check the "Completed" payment status, and export as CSV.

• Step 1: Login to the GLODIPAY Dashboard and go to Transactions. It should show you a full list of transactions.
• Step 2: Filter the transactions to the specific date range and other parameters that you may like.
• Step 3: Click on the download.
• Step 4: Click on "Reports" tab on the left panel. You will be directed to the Reports page. Find the report that you would like to download and click on the download button.

• Step 1: Login to the GLODIPAY Dashboard and click "Create Payment Link".
• Step 2: Select your seller and buyer details. If you haven't added a buyer yet, you can do so under "Add New Buyer".
• Step 3: Fill in the details.
• Step 4: Set the transaction currency and amount, add the description and any supporting documents for the transaction.
• Step 5: You can now share the payment link to your buyer and start accepting payments.

• Step 1: Login to GLODIPAY Dashboard and click on 'Configurations'.
• Step 2: Under the Defaults tab, click on the 'Edit' button.
• Step 3: From here, you can change your platform display name & upload a different logo to be used for checkout and payment links.

You can always choose to expire your API and Secret keys and generate a new set to replace them at any time.

• Step 1: Log into your GLODIPAY Dashboard and navigate to "API Keys" on the left menu.
• Step 2: On the same row as "API_Secret", click "Expire Keys".
• Step 3: Confirm your choice and have a new set of keys generated on the spot.

As a payment services provider, we strive to protect both buyers and sellers. In order to ensure we are building a safe ecosystem and meet regulatory standards, we need to conduct a Know Your Business (KYB) check on the seller.

GLODIPAY runs the KYB process in accordance with the global Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Combating the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) efforts. It has, thus, become GLODIPAY’s responsibility to fully understand the Ultimate Beneficial Ownership (UBO) of the companies that utilize our services.

Please note that successful completion of KYB is a requirement before you can use our API products and for funds to be released.

GLODIPAY has developed a robust Customer Verification Process that will be used to independently verify client information.

For KYB, GLODIPAY will request for:

• Business registration and incorporation documents. (Certificate of Incorporation, tax registration document).
• Document displaying the share ownership and list of director(s) and officer(s).
• Proof of address of the entity dated within the last 6 months (bank and government letter, utility and telecom bill, tenancy agreement, etc).
• Ultimate beneficial owner (UBO) information and ID (Individuals who ultimately hold 25% or more shares or control in the entity are UBOs. ID proof accepted are Passport or National ID).
• Authorised user information and ID.
• Website of the business entity.

If the company is a sole proprietorship, the documents needed would be:

• Owner's name and government-issued photo ID.
• Proof of company address.

It is advisable to upload the required documents at the time of onboarding to expedite transaction processing.

KYB process will typically be completed within 3-5 business days, provided that all required documents are submitted correctly and in full.

In some cases, additional documents might be required, and you will be informed promptly if such a situation arises. Providing any additional required documents promptly can help avoid delays in the verification process.

Preferably English.

GLODIPAY accepts documents that are preferably in English, translated by a government-licensed translator or certified by a notary public.

All documents shouldn't be expired.

For proof of address, the document shouldn't be later than 6 months.

Ownership documents should be less than 1 year.

Yes, regular setup fee is USD 200.

Yes. For card transactions, the refund fee is 2 USD per transaction, and for APMs (Alternative Payment Methods), the refund fee is 1 USD per transaction.

Local Currency Settlements:

• For amounts less than USD 1,000, there is a fee of USD 5 per settlement.
• If the settlement amount is above USD 1,000, the settlement is free.

Wire Transfers (USD/Foreign Currency) Settlements:

• For amounts less than USD 100,000, the fee is USD 35 per settlement.
• And for amounts above USD 100,000, the settlement is completely free of charge.

GLODIPAY will convert the currency at a competitive rate.

As a buyer, if your local currency is different from the invoice/billing currency, GLODIPAY will convert money from your local currency to the invoice currency. As a seller, if the invoice currency is different from your payout currency, GLODIPAY will convert from invoice currency into your payout currency.

Local Currency Settlements:

• For amounts less than 1,000 USD, there is a fee of 5 USD per settlement.
• For amounts above 1,000 USD, the settlement is free.

Wire Transfer (USD/Foreign Currency) Settlements:

• For amounts less than 100,000 USD, there is a fee of 35 USD per settlement.
• For amounts above 100,000 USD, the settlement is free.

Yes, GLODIPAY will exercise legal options if during the course of our investigation, we are able to extract enough evidence of fraudulent activities by the seller.

Chargebacks arise from card transactions. Buyer can file chargeback for several reasons:

• Unauthorized transaction - where payment was not initiated by the buyer e.g. fraud. All card transactions on GLODIPAY are protected by 3DS which prevents unauthorized usage of cards.
• Item not received - where buyer did not receive the goods or service at all.
• Significantly not as described - where the goods or service delivered by the seller does not meet the requirements agreed between the parties.

The seller is legally liable for all chargebacks. GLODIPAY shall first inform the seller when a chargeback is received and put a hold on any payment that is payable to the seller.

GLODIPAY shall provide the seller the option to accept or contest the chargeback. If the seller decided to accept the chargeback, then GLODIPAY shall deduct the chargeback from the amounts payable to the seller. If the seller decides to contest the chargeback, then GLODIPAY shall require supporting documents from the seller to contest the chargeback.

The seller must provide supporting documents within 10 days for the following scenarios:

• Item not received - proof of delivery
• Significantly not as described - supporting documents, photographic evidence of the item, and any additional evidence as needed

If the chargeback decision is in favor of the seller, then GLODIPAY shall remove the hold on the payments and release the funds to the seller. If the chargeback decision is against the seller, then GLODIPAY shall deduct the chargeback amount from the amount held and then release the net amount to the seller.

GLODIPAY either deducts from the sellers' pending balance or the seller can send the same amount back to GLODIPAY to return to buyer.

As the seller, if the payment is made via card and you have no pending balance with us, you can send the same amount to GLODIPAY and we can refund it back to the customer’s card.

On the other hand, if you have any pending balance with us from other payment methods, we will use that to refund the payment back to the customer’s account.

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflect on your original payment method.

It’s 15 USD per chargeback case.

What is CDRN?

Cardholder Dispute Resolution Network (CDRN): This program enables merchants to manage and resolve higher-value transaction disputes directly with buyers, aiming to streamline the process and enhance efficiency.

What is the process under CDRN?

Dispute Alerts:

• Alerts of disputes are sent to enrolled merchants.

48-Hour Resolution Window:

• Merchants have 48 hours to resolve the dispute with the buyer.

Automatic Refund and Charges:

• If unresolved, GLODIPAY automatically refunds the buyer after 48 hours.
• A fee of $15 is charged for each alert, but resolving disputes through CDRN can prevent chargebacks.

Standard Chargeback Fee:

• In cases of chargebacks, a separate $15 fee is charged per incident, and merchants also lose the full amount of the chargeback.

Coverage Limitations of CDRN

• Involvement of U.S. Banks: The effectiveness of CDRN is enhanced with the participation of U.S. banks. While the program is designed around these banks, it's important to note that the coverage is not universally 100%, as it depends on specific bank involvement in each transaction.

Benefits of CDRN

• For Merchants: CDRN provides merchants with the opportunity to directly resolve disputes, potentially avoiding chargebacks, their associated costs, fines, and the risk of losing the privilege to use the Tazapay payment system.
• For Customers: Ensures a fair and timely dispute resolution process.
